In everything we do, we always put the safety and security of children first. As an educational organization with an ethical mission, SQS Education ensures that every measure is taken to secure the safety and well-being of every child and his or her family.
We firmly believe that children should be respected and their views should be heard. It is our responsibility to ensure that each child develops a stable relationship with an adult that is based on trust and constant support for the individual needs of the child. SQS Education has developed a comprehensive set of safeguard and training plans, which are regularly reviewed and updated.
Standardization of facilitator training
As the “executive person in charge” of the study tour program, SQS Education attaches great importance to the guidance and training of the facilitators. Through a sound training system and standardized operating procedures, it is ensured that the leading facilitators have the ability to deal with various situations during the study tour. Besides ensuring the tour experience, the facilitators bear important responsibility of providing professional orientations and guidance for the participants.
Standardization of safeguard
In order to ensure the safety of students during their tour, SQS Education has established a comprehensive safeguard procedure. Measures including pre-departure training, standardized procedures, emergency plans, itinerary monitoring, triple guarantees, real-time communication are taken to ensure that each participant has a safe, comfortable and unforgettable experience.
