- Prices shown are indicative only and all hotel and seat reservations are subject to availability.
- Any increase in room rates due to events and conferences is the responsibility of the client.
Fees are inclusive of:
- International round-trip air tickets in economy class (the organizer has the right to decide if taking direct flight or transit flight)
- Hotel accommodation fee for 14 nights (four-star standard double room, breakfast included)
- Catering expenses (unless otherwise specified)
- Local transportation fee
- Course and material fees
- Tickets for all attractions
- International travel insurance
- Visa application fee (excluding expedited fees)
- Service charges and tips for local drivers and guides
- Other expenses: related props, clothing and photo taking fees
The following are NOT included:
- All personal consumption and any expenses not mentioned in the fee inclusion above
- Consignment fees and storage fees for excess baggage;
- Personal consumption such as laundry, haircut, telephone, fax, paid TV, drinks, tobacco and alcohol in the hotel;
- Car use and escort service during free hours;
- Overtime charges for the driver and tour guide caused by clients’ own reason.
