About Flight, Visas and Meeting Points
- Flight Booking: Round-trip airfare is not included in the package. We can provide booking service if needed. Parents who purchase tickets on their own can contact consultant for more flight information.
- Visa Services: Visa application fees are not included in the package. We can provide visa application services.
- Meeting Point: Our meeting point is the destination airport. We provide pick-up service from the destination airport. Our facilitators will depart from Shanghai, and teenagers who participate in the program independently can choose to meet and depart from Shanghai Pudong International Airport with the facilitators team, or ask the consultant to procedure of meeting at the destination airport without an escort.
Your Safety and Our Commitment
- Safety: We strictly follow the safeguard procedure to ensure the safety of your child. All projects and activities in which teenagers participate will be carried out under the supervision of teachers.
- Accommodation standard: 2-4 people per room for independent teenagers, a hotel room for each family (four stars).
- Meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included, except for special notice ones in the itinerary. The meals are a combination of Chinese and Western food.
- Teacher-student ratio: 8:1
- Our service: Teachers will share students’ photos in each activity through parent groups every day and report students’ learning performance.
Fees are inclusive of:
- Accommodation fees during program
- 3 Meals a day during the program (except for special notice in the itinerary)
- Local transportation costs
- Course and material fee
- Tickets for all attractions
- International travel insurance
The following are NOT included:
- International flight from home city to destination (ticket booking service can be provided)
- Visa application fee (application service can be provided)
- All personal consumption
- Any expenses not mentioned in the fee inclusion above
Tips:
- Prices shown are indicative only and all hotel and seat reservations are subject to availability.
- If you choose to refund and are eligible for refund, you will be responsible for the fees incurred and 0.6% handling fee charged by third party payment platform. (see Agreement for details).
